For those that don't know, eXp Realty is not like your brick and mortar brokerages. eXp Realty is a cloud-based brokerage, which allows you to work from anywhere. This brokerage has no franchise, royalty, or desk fees. The only fee you have is $85 per month and this helps pay for there massive technology and training they provide us agents. When you do join eXp, they do have a startup fee, that is a one time payment of $149, which isn't bad at all. eXp offers an 80/20 commission split and if you are a new agent with less than 3 deals closed, then they will start you off with a 60/40 commission split and they will also provide you with a mentor to help you close 3 deals and move up to that 80/20 commission split. eXp realty has even more to offer. Overall, eXp Realty is a fast growing brokerage that is taking real estate to another level.

Welcome to eXp!! I love my group over here for all our online lead training! Excited to see someone join! You can also "retire, do no closings" but hold a active license and keep getting your rev share for 20 years! Also if when someone you sponsor closes their first deal you get Stock that way too 😜It's important to note too that what you receive from the Rev share isn't coming from your Agent commission split but coming from the Brokers 20% of the 80/20 split! You CAN change your Sponsor at exp but you have to leave exp for 6 months then come back. Super great can't wait to see you crushing it!

What if you want to leave exp? What happen with the stokes you own? Is there any penalty fee?

You need to inform them of the Regus and Spaces availability that allows them to become members and gives them access to office lodges throughout each city that has a Regus or Spaces. It’s totally free if you’re agent with exp realty.

How were the training programs? I have been at a brick-and-mortar brokerage since I began 5 years ago. Luckily I've worked up the commission split rankings to 85/15, but the training is what really helped me get there kind of quick.

Do you know the difference between and a team and sponsor? I read that teams do a 50/50, or that a team split is more than 80/20. Do you know the difference? I want a team for support.
