Team workspaces in Todoist: A new home for your team’s work

1) Can you explain what happens when a member deletes the task in a team project ?

2) please tell if you have any features that allow verification of the completed task when reported or marked completed. so that only manager decides weather task has been completed properly or not.

Would it be possible to use workspaces for different areas of life? Right now I'm only using two projects "work" and "personal" to keep my tasks separate.

Will Todoist support multiple profiles under a single pane of glass in the future? Having everyone's personal emails showing up under the member list in the Team workspace is really messy. Why not allow personal workspace link to personal email and team workspace link to corporate email? This would make way more sense than the current workflow.
