Here's a fun story:
I'm middle-aged and disabled. I'm fortunate to get $800/mo. I can't afford a place of my own or a car. When the gov't sent those Stimulus Checks I saved $1600 to buy a car.
The gov't is taking all but $500/mo from me til they get my stimulus money back.
I was told that I can just stay where I am (I'm homeless) and I don't need a car.

Would this gave happened to a more stable person?
