I have a large reptile collection, from big snakes to tiny lizards and everything in between. Some of the best pets on the list are ball pythons, spotted pythons, blue tongue skinks, chinese cave geckos, dart frogs, African Fat Tailed Geckos, Amazon Milk Frogs, Brazilian rainbow boas and Colombian rainbow boas, California King Snakes, Chahoua Geckos, tortoises like red footed tortoises or cherry head tortoises, aquatic turtles, corn snakes, crested geckos, Milk Snakes, Leopard Geckos, Burmese Pythons, Jeweled Lacertas, Axolotles, Mournign geckos, Spadefoot Toads, Hognose snakes, Dumerils boas, Schneider's Skinks, Sudan Plated Lizards, BCI or BCC common Boa Constrictors, Aregentine Black and White Tegus, Uromastyx and white's tree frogs.

I don’t know why the care guide does poorly. My 9 year old daughter has been saving up to get a leopard gecko because of watching your old care guide. She has saved up and watched all she could and research at the library.

You’re killing it bro. We’re similar age and I was the weird reptile kid in school too, and only had what my mom let me/funded me and now that I’m living on my own I’m finally almost done my first reptile shelf/wall. The newest addition is a baby dumerils and although she’s being picky right now, she’s gorgeous. My hognose is by far my favourite, she’s so sassy but also gentle. You’re an inspiration man, from another fellow millennial, weird reptile kid from Ontario. 🤙🏻

My cornsnake is definitely squirmy to handle and never stops moving, however he's tame as can be and has never struck or shown any defensive behaviour. Which is surprising given he's a wild rescue (he stowed away on a shipment of plants up to Canada so I ended up taking him in when he was found).

I liked the video. Of course the rating changes based on your personal experience. My uromastyx is shy too. Some days he is cool with me, others nope. As for the Dumpy's Tree Frogs, a few of mine are about as nuts as your Schneider Skinks.

I love seeing what other people have. I recently got a yellow spotted climbing toad over the summer, and he quickly rose to the ranks of my easiest and funniest pets. And recently, my 3 White's tree frogs started "singing" at night, and my toad joins them but he's a juvie still and squeaks like a dog's toy. It's really funny.

My CRB is super friendly/curious/easy to handle and I would still categorize her in the C column - husbandry of rainbows is def not the easiest.

Diamond for Prez 2024. This was probably the best video I’ve seen. I mean it’s a dumb concept. But to just hear someone talk about 33 species and just be blunt is awesome.

That is so weird, in my case, the Uromastyx would have been right up there with the Bearded Dragon, I had a few and they were just as docile and handleable as the beardies, just had to keep them hot was all. Also, could not agree more on most of your list, specially the beardie and dumpy frog. :)

I do like that you're transparent about how ornery some of your animals are, I feel like some people on youtube are like "every single one of my animals are so nice!!!" and that may be true for them but is not the experience of everyone
