Im from brazil and I can tell you guys have no idea what a surros is, just because you made a cinnamon dough stripe it doesn't mean it's a surros, it's just a toast with butter and cinnamon and sugar on it! Surros have a nice crispy exterior with a soft interior with doce de leite inside or chocolate, in a nutshell that "thing" have nothing to do with surros.

Churros are not even supposed to have cinnamon, at least not in Spain, but whatever. This is like putting soy sauce on fish and chips and calling it sashimi, and it would still be more accurate because sashimi is normally eaten alongside soy sauce

My mom use to make this all the time.. We called it cinnamon toast! 👍🏾 LoL you can take the same mixture and use Pillsbury biscuits cut them into little squares and make you some donuts Homestyle!! 😛

I am from Spain, we invented Churros and this is not Churros. 😂😅
Maybe you could call them vegan torrijas (spanish toast with egg and milk) in fries shape...
