Pamela's all about her instagram when it comes to her personality and all. She interacts A LOT on instagram, more than madfit, chloe, etc.. and she post free routines weekly there for her followers so basically Instagram is her main social account and YouTube is just the place where you can find all her workouts. Her personality is a 10/10

I personally like that Pamela doesn’t talk because she gets straight into the workout and for some reasons I prefer that more lol ( but she talks in her ig stories ☺️ )

I'm sad that Maddie isn't getting the recognition she deserves. She's so inspirational and positive, also she has combined some simple moves to increment difficulty, she also has a great variety of workouts (full body w/wo weights, hiit, lit, cardio, muscle-specific, yoga, toning-yoga) she's so great i cry

Blogilates is body positive. A year ago from today she went on a 90 day journey to get in the best shape of her life because she wasn't feeling great. In no way did she shame others of their body. When she announced this journey people thought she was promoting body shaming which she was not.

I love everything about Emi Wong’s workouts haha. Even though I’m not a beginner, her ab videos challenge me, I vibe with her music, and I just love her personality. She’s so calming and encouraging, and idk something about her feels really authentic to me. I also like Chloe, but her workouts are more vigorous. Anyways, great idea for a video! Love u Annie :)

5:25 -- the food you eat as well as your body type determines what ends up revealing your abs! People without abs can be stronger than people with abs, and sometimes even be healthier because body fat IS essential for life and health. She likely has trained specifically for her abs to show up, but offers videos for strengthening abs (not necessarily burning body fat). I can tell from a few of the clips that you have strong ab muscles -- you likely just store fat around your tummy MORE than SHE does (not necessarily the one place you store fat, but relative to her, your body protects your abs) ♡♡♡ :)

Anyone reading this -- having fat does not make you fat! Fat is important and helpful and helps you get through every day♡♡♡ and you are 100% beautiful, whether skinny or thicc -- and it's okay if you can't believe that yet. Just fight to take care of yourself until you do♡♡♡ you are worth it!!

i just wanted to note that cassie (blogilates) was only trying a juice cleanse as a, shall i say, science experiment. she wasn’t encouraging not eating, i think the title was used for algorithmic purposes. also she got a lot of hate bc she went on a health journey to help her get in the best shape of her life as well as improve her mental health. people were labeling her as “not body positive” because she wanted a change. she has multiple videos on her health journey clearly stating she didn’t do it just to look better or anything. loved the video btw <3

I totally agree with the Emi Wong rating. I started doing her workouts and i did them for about 45 mins for 3 days but they just didn't do anything; they didn't burn, i wasn't sweating (and i sweat really easily). But i know people who've seen great results from her stuff so i guess it's not all bad.
