Nice review on the pecan shells, Tommy! I've seen Tom use these, too. I just haven't pulled the trigger on them. I'm going to have to give these a try.👍👊

Those aprons look really cool and would be great protectors against flying embers!! Pecans are one of my faves so makes sense about using the shells!! Love the “subtle” flavour description. Will def have to look into it! Nice review HT!! 👏🏻❤️‍🔥🫶🏻😻

That chuck roast looked amazing Tommy. I've used the Smokin Pecan pellets and they give a good taste. Might have to give the shells a try as well.

That was great Tommy I have been using walnut shells for years. I always save my shells and use them while smoking . It even works great on chicken

Great reviews, Tommy! Chuck roast turned out great! Seems Pecan shells are definitely a good substitute for wood.
As always, you put on a great show and I’m sure your sponsors are well pleased!
Take care buddy!

great show Tommy. super excited to see what you can do with those shells. have you considered making a pure pecan shell currant on the small transportable masterbuilt? you should also try smoking with olive wood. it gives a great spicy flavor, especially to beef ribs, tritip and brisket. thanks again for a great show.
