Jeff Hardy saying he is AEW bound doesn't prove or even imply a damn thing, regardless of what mushmouth Meltzer says. All it means is I want to go there and I know they will welcome me. Now I'm not saying there wasn't tampering just that the statement alone is meaningless.

TK has been very meticulous about avoiding Contract Tampering in the past, i dont see him slipping when it comes to Jeff. He cant talk directly to Jeff while hes still under the non-compete, but he can talk to Matt, who can talk to Jeff which is probably what has been happening. I think TK can talk to Jeffs agent about stuff but cant like make contract offers or anything like that. I dont see there being enough evidence for WWE to his AEW with a contract tampering lawsuit and it was just a slip on Jeff's part from stuff he has heard from Matt.

They can file a lawsuit but all Jeff did was say that he wants to go to aew when his 90 days were up and he made it clear that's all that was said there was no tampering there was no phone calls he said it I want to go to aew so Vince McMahon can shove it up his sideways without the KY jelly take his lawsuit right with him and enjoy it and she's going to lose this lawsuit

I find it weird there’s no “wrestling union” or anything like that but WWE can still work that 90 day clause and it be respected from other companies.. I don’t think WWE would wanna sue because it will put that clause in public light and I feel like most of the world won’t like it and it might draw the end of clause. Tbh I think it actually might be better for WWE to let it go.

AEW has an easy out with Jeff Hardy I believe. His brother works for the company, he knows what kind of money people at his people were making and it could easily be said that Matt asked if he'd hire Jeff if his drug test said he was clean and he said he'd love to have him then. Doesn't mean they ever had any formal talks or an offer was made. Hell Hall and Nash were going to WCW due to a conversation with DDP. Danielson went there after a conversation with Moxley and Moxley went there after a conversation with Jericho. It's not even at that level since he was on a 90 day. On top of that I don't get what the issue is anyway. They're supposedly independent contractors and he's setting up the next deal. If I was Khan I'd challenge that if they tease it since you can't stop independent contractors from taking other work.
