Was once held hostage. I was deep in my sleep and all of "Sunday", ngivuswa umuntu i've never seen before. I really thought it was a bad dream. Like ngath ngingavuka, liphele. That night something in me died. I don't know what it is but I can feel it ukuth ngiyashoda. I over analyze situations and struggle to sleep at night. I know the feeling of begging an intruder not to take your life. Listening this brings back the anger.
I hope you still pray and believe in GOD my brother. I lost all of that that night. So many unanswered questions.

Criminals know what damage they do in people's lives. The trauma and brokenness. It takes a lot for one to heal from such a traumatic event, it's these things that causes depression. I'm so hurt by his story. A man lost a wife, a daughter lost a mom. A home broken all because of robbery. Parents lost a child. It's so heartbreaking.

I was once shot during shop robbery. The trauma that follows the incident is too much. Little things like a teaspoon falling off a table triggers you. Paranoia and anxiety attacks.

Father of my one and only child was murdered last year in September and he was shot more than 4 times in his head and he also lost his eye, this interview just takes me back to the day I received the news 💔😭 The past 5 months have been very hard and its still is, on some of the days I just feel like crashing my head on the wall and all the pain and thoughts will be gone and I'll be at peace too but then again I think about this little guy I'm left with, I know how its feels Lwandi sending Love and strength to you and your family.. A similar thing happened to a couple I know. They also met in varsity and got married, had a child. The wife was shot dead during a house robbery. Very sad thing to go through. Praying for Lwandi’s healing

These are one of life moments that you can't explain. A young loving couple working hard, living in a gated community only to be met with such a sad ordeal. May God give Lwande all the strength to move on. This one really got me in my feelings again. 💔
