There must be someway for a resident of the United States of America to create a petition to enact term limits on all congressmen, and to make their wage the average pay of those in their state, there must be a way for the people United States to enact it without it having to go through Congress itself. We the people of the United States need consistent change in progressing our country forward by freeing up space for those that have the best interest for the US and not their pockets.

Pres Biden said during his speech, "Instead of relying on foreign supply chains, let's make it in America". If that's the goal, then why aren't we using our immense oil and gas supplies that we already have here in the U.S. opposed to buying foreign? Doesn't THAT make the U.S. more vulnerable by relying on foreign energy? It certainly defeats the purpose Biden had spoke on.
