In his response to MTG, he basically laid out the reason why no one on the republican side really wants to fix the problem. They just want to use it as in issue to run for election. The system incentivizes the exploitation of cheap labor by making incredibly difficult to get them some kind of status or even deport them, thus ensuring a pool of cheap labor is available.

At 31, I miss the late 90's and early 2000's when i truly believed that our government cared about us - the people (remember folks, i said "believed"). It's very sad to see that political drama, insentive of political salary, and overall distraction from progress is more important to these politicians. I hope we one day have politicians that are truly open and willing have a dialog with people of a different poinion than their own. We will then, finally, be able to find a comon ground and begin the process of restoring this contry.

With all that being said, maybe just fuck it? Lets keep dividing our power, scaring eachother, blaming the wrong people, and tearing eachother down. Seeing others persepctives and helping one another is a god damn waste of time, am I right!?! . Right. yeah, I agree.. being subcontiously controlled by corrupt politicalns due to corperate greed is what we were born for.

The media loves this sort of stuff. True Americans are concerned sovereignty(borders), nationalism, the economy, building a family, buying a house, living in peace, pursuing happiness, not funding foreign wars, not drowning in manufactured student debts. Half this speech was recycled from speeches word for word from speeches from years ago. Talking points and politics will not win the minds of the American public. People are waking up and are more aware than ever before. The gov believes us to all be tax slaves to fund the bigger picture and believe us to be low IQ, low ambition, dummies'. Not true, patriots with a belief in a less taxed, more free, smaller for of government won against the strongest power in the world. Strong beliefs and unity in a just cause won us the country and may do it yet again. We need to come together and move towards our common beliefs not allow the likes of CNN to intentionally divide us by running river boat stories for weeks on end and manufacturing distain and division. Stir normal people to mobilize and do incredible things together, that is the ultimate legacy we must leave to keep the USA enduring for another 250 years.
