How to Make Sheet Metal Cutter | DIY Iron Sheet Cutter Tool

In this video, I show you to make a sheet metal cutter using a drill machine. I have used a Gear set of an angle grinder 6-100 model, a 6mm smooth rod, and other metal parts to make this drill attachment. I hope you like this video.

Мне кажется коническая пара стоит столько же сколько и готовый продукт на алиэкспрессе....конечно ваша шуршалка по надежнее....но думаю с подобными задачами и китайский вариант нормально справиться

Can you please help me make a simple drill to jigsaw converter that is durable and very sturdy?

I tried off the shelves ones. Their bevelling mechanism is made of a plastic disc. It would last if it were high grade nylon. But alas!!

Please help me.

I prefer angle Grinder to avoid non-linear cuts in sheet. Also I doubt this attachment will cut throughout more then 2mm sheets

With almost 2M subscribers, you could investin a mini-lathe and/or mini-mill and maybe open a second channel about enthusiast machining as you seem to like it.
