2 years is a standard time proposed by the University. They are not fools to standardize a 2-year master program. If you failed to complete it within 2 years and learnt nothing, it's your problem. You don't have to promote your 'mentorship program' just to spread wrong info. I finished my masters within 2 years and even without previous work-exp got a job in Germany.

I tried searching for internship, but most of the companies doesn’t response, a few company ask if the internship is mandatory in my university, but it’s optional for me.
