This is actuly the first time I ever wrote a review or any kind of comment online. I have had tennis elbow for a year and a half and have tried everthing. I have had an appointment with a specialist and a couple different physical therpaist. After doing the ball exercise that you recommended my arm feels normal for the first time since I could remember. I cannot thank you enough for this video. I am incredibly grateful that you post such great content that helps people who need it. Thank you so much!

After watching 5+ hours of YT videos and consulting with multiple professionals, this is Best tennis elbow advice I’ve heard yet. I also appreciate his no nonsense approach to video making. This guy is the real McCoy 10/10.

It's crazy how bad this injury can be. After dealing with a serious case, I did 1 month no work with no use of either arm. Finally got to a 3lbs restriction and limited use, been that way for 3 months. I am finally starting to be able to strengthen my arm. I would recommend using caution working with physical therapy and not to push it to hard. Set me back I felt a couple of times. If your arm is sore, I'd recommend just message and stretch only until you basically have very little to no pain at all. Then start to introduce some weight. I'm 39 years old and work pretty hard and this completely stopped me in my track's. Also, another thing that helped was figuring out how to sleep with your arms somewhat in a neutral position. Figure this will take another 2 months of carful activity to hopefully not have it come back.

Infinite thanks! I just saw this video, and after viewing literally hundreds, suffering and having suffered from tennis elbow at two different times over the last ten years, I have no doubt this is the BEST and MORE HELPFUL tennis elbow treatment video I have ever seen. I’m not a guy that writes reviews, actually this is my very first review on YouTube (been watching it for 15 years on a daily basis), but you truly deserve it for your fantastic contribution to my health, and to the health of many others. You went directly to the point, to THE point, with simplicity and humbleness. Congrats.
Cheers!

Wow, first thank you. I've had tennis elbow for 9 months and have seen numerous doctors. It's been a battle all year and I haven't been getting better and in a lot of pain. I watched this video and massaged my arm and did a version of the ball technique. The pain magically went away immediately. Like many others I'm glad I found this and am very grateful.

I wish I had found this video a year ago. So well articulated, easy to understand, and lots of info on potential pitfalls. Thank you.

I've been dealing with tennis elbow for the past 10 months, have been very discouraged, and have watched many different videos about it on YouTube. This is the most thorough explanation of both the causes and best exercises to recover from it that I've seen. I really appreciate it.

I had tennis elbow for months, I thought I got better, so off to my HIIT class, and lifted some light weight, then pain came back! I found your video just now and watched carefully it seemed great and makes a lot of sense, will certainly do what you suggested in the video, thank you.

Watched the other vids and no success with kettle or stretches…nothing. Tried first phase of this method and tennis elbow I’ve had over a month 95 percent gone in three days. Ready to progress to levels two and three and want to thank you for putting this out for people. This actually works!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video on tennis elbow. I’ve been dealing with the pain since December and have tried physio therapy, acupuncture, ice packs, heat packs, arm braces, you name it.
Then I came across your video and have followed the first segment and I’m now pain free in just three days. Incredible!!!! I am now ready to move on to phase 2 and then 3.
I can’t thank you enough.

Finally I’ve found a video that full explains the condition and breaks the recovery down into 3 phases which seems absolutely the right thing to do. After having followed the daily exercises from NHS practitioner ( who hasn’t even seen me so based on a phone consultation) I now know why all i am doing is aggravating the condition ( exercises contain all 3 phases at once which is at odds with your view). After having suffered for 6 months I think I need to concentrate on phase 1. Thanks

Thank you! Your explanations are clear, straight to-the-point. Some others add all sorts of banter & chit-chat which just wastes viewers time; we're in pain! Also, that anatomical prop showing the muscles and tendons was really useful, for those of us whose studies are not in anatomy. Subscribed!

Very well put together video. In my lifetime, I have had tennis elbow twice & now feel it coming on again. This guy knows what he is talking about & obviously listens to his patients.

Thank you very much for taking the time to actually make a great informative video. You are the first person to actually explain it, and how to deal with it, correctly. A+ Thank you very much.

Great comprehensive video that stresses don’t exercise/stretch the muscle while still in pain. TE is a serious lingerer so patience, not aggressiveness, is the absolute key.

Lol, I did the stretch as I watched the video and received some relief. I'm an arborist and this is a very common problem in our industry. Great video!

We are both in our 80's and still believe in having a strong body and a calm mind. This was an excellent video and we learned a lot. We are doing research for our new YT channel that is all about healthy aging. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!
