I’ve been eating Chinese food for almost 40 years but I’ve never had egg foo young. I guess the thought of it was never tempting when I could order hot & spicy shredded pork, or one of the many meat & veggie stir fries! This looks quite yummy though—and it looks like a quick Sunday late-lunch!!
