In this video, we will learn how to archive emails in Outlook. First, select the email, right-click, and click on the "Archive" option. Alternatively, go to the Home tab and click the "Archive" button in the Delete group to move the email to the Archive folder.
Once archived, you can still reply, forward, or move the email to another folder. Archiving simply stores the email without deleting it, helping to keep your inbox organized. #outlook
