Water cooling on portable chainsaw mill.

Today we saw 15 years old oak log.
Use Logosol Farmer's M8 portable sawmill and speed saw E5 with automatic feed E37.
Because the log is dry do I use water cooling.

The speed is almost that of a band saw, must be nice. How powerful is E5000 motor? And the guide bar is a tuning-kit? Mine looks like a standard guide bar with no tip gear. It is called Stihl Duromatic

Would it be possible to cut both ways with the E5? cut one direction, then remove the plank and cut on the way back.
