It will get better. Raising girls is so different from boys. 7 years from now you will be the best of friends again. Hang in there and keep reminding her and yourself how much you love her.

I am right there with you! My daughter will be graduating college in December! It's so hard on us mamma's to let go and watch our babies venture out into the world!

Senior year with my daughter was a bag of mixed emotions. It was happy, sad, exciting, frightening, challenging, chaotic and the list goes on. But somehow we make it through. Change is hard. There’s a place in San Francisco that makes the best focaccia bread. My favorite one was an onion and garlic one and a raisin and cinnamon sweet focaccia. I’ve never tired making it but you’ve inspired me now. 😊

Praying for you Tiffany! I had tears listening to you because I know that mama pain! My baby graduated 6 years ago & then went off to college! As a single mama, who’s world revolved around her children, that empty nest was hard - but still so rewarding to see your babies grow up to be the adults you worked so hard to raise them to be! Hang in there and enjoy this special time with your daughter! She’s going through lots of change as well, finding herself and knowing that adulthood is approaching fast! Sending hugs and prayers! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

You're a fabulous Mom and you'll be a fabulous grandmother too! So many great things ahead for you. As the saying goes "A son is a son until he takes a wife, but a daughter is a daughter all of your life". I have a feeling that with you... being such a devoted Mom, your family will grow extensively with your son's wives too. You are loved!! Your focaccia bread makes my mouth water! Well done!

I have one daughter she’s your age now, but when my daughter first moved out, I cried when she moved back in. I cried, so we go through life. It gets hard, but we get through it.❤

I feel you! I have a 19 year old and I have never felt such a roller-coaster of emotions. There have been some really hard emotions too. Hang in there. A lot of us moms are right there with you. My therapy this weekend was baking a yummy banana bread. It hit the spot.
