They show this but dont ever talk about long term hair care lol. Rule 1: keep it dry. Don't spray chemicals or weave hold on it. 2. Dont wear a du rag, let it breathe and if you sleep rough, wear a loose bandana covering the back and sides with top open. I use a triangle shape and tie a knot in the front. Heat escapes through your scalp so if you rag it, your head will itch like crazy. I do anti itch, then about two layers of glue. It will last on avg 1-2 weeks. Depends on how active you are. Theres other ways im sure, but its what I do.
