Do transplanted hair fall like regular hair? Or is some sort of daily special care required after a transplant?

It looks like they implanted hair all over the scalp, including hairline and mid scalp. Why did they do that when you already had coverage over there ?

i see you had retrograde alopecia at the back of your head and i see it imporved, was it fixed during the transplant or by medications? if so which? or it didnt improve?
