how do i change amount of ram dedicated and or the graphics card used?

for some reason when I did force_install_dir it would say to please logon !

If I'm running on 2.5 gigabit 40 mbps upload ethernet, on a 32 core pc on windows, will a home hosted server run similar performance to servers like Linode or other game hosting services?
