This is what happens when you clock your memory on Ryzen to 4000Mhz. The results are inconsistent due to WHEA occurring in the background. This affects the FPS avg as you periodically will get random stutters and dips in fps which in most cases will go without notice. The 5600 will by far dominate over the 5500, but in these tests the margin are 5-6 fps difference.

I will say this, three of these CPUs were slammed by professional reviewers and critics, especially the 4500. And yet, the little three showed in this video that they were able to hang with 5600 with no issues. I think that there is a big disconnect between said reviewers, and normal, everyday people who are looking for a decent CpU at a great price, and can use the 4100, 4500, and 5500 with no problems. Quick FYI, while the AVERAGES may all be roughly the same, the frame times will not be. With the weaker CPU's like the 4100 and 4500 you will get a good deal more stuttering over the 5500 or 5600. That being said it's really not a super substantial stuttering unless you really care about FPS in like E sports titles or something.

idk I still can't get over that fact you got rtx 3080 12gb. Don't get me wrong, its kinda chaotic, will you get same fps with like gtx 1050 type beat ? or will it be significantly lower... so yeah... In my opinion it should be kinda balanced gpu and cpu for tests (please correct me If Im wrong, so I could understand it better)
