【Kyokushin Krate technique】How to kick 'Ushiro-mawashi-geri(Spinning hook kick)'【English subtitle】

So many dojo's expect you to eventually be able to perform this technique simply by copying and without any further instruction. This video provides excellent tips and breakdown of the technique. What I do, as I prefer it, is not to strike a hook kick but back kick to hit the bladder area: the feet and legs will strike straight to the rear with the heel as impact point. In close quarter spaces the turning back kick will strike like a horse kick its hind legs at the back to strike the groin.
