No3 is super effective. I have tried it against boxers, they don't expect punches grom that far away. It also was my main move while I did Karate.

I love how the number one move is straight up just a punch in the face.

god combo when mastered in kumite or karate: punch (with back hand) then punch with your front hand and at the same time you make a step forward, than when you switched from right forward to left forward or vice versa you do another back hand punch and that all really fast

These would definitely work on someone not expecting them. But to take out another martial artist, or someone exceptionally tough.. Combinations are key.

Dude yes they would be effective 😂. Even a bad kick in the face would still be a kick in the face

No 1 I would say the blitz is the most common but widely varying move that is also super effective in sparring.

I stopped training karate 3 years ago in green belt. Now you encouraged me to start again from white belt. A clean start is always a good start.

The 1st one is amazing at putting pressure and forcing something to happen and almost always results in you getting a good strike

As long as both accuracy AND precision go with another variable- power. All three perfected and you become unstoppable at that point

In Okinawan karate, and Kyokushin we barely had high kicks or even any high kicks, the kicks were mostly low kicks and back kicks. The most effective kicks are the low kicks. Shotokan is influenced by Savate and Chinese martial arts along with traditional karate which had high kicks that made karate famous today

I’ve lost too many fights to that reverse punch. I’ve now incorporated it completely into my style because of it.
