What phone were you using for the ethernet test

Make sure you are using a compatible Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 charger with that device. That should solve your charging issues, as well as allowing you to run more apps and run games in dex mode with the Note 9. The S8 will also work once you use the right adapter. Other than that, it's a compatibility issue with the device which would be a shame for how nice it is.

Question this hub doesn't surport ever Samsung phone exxpcet the ones you have mentioned that use Dex I was told samsung a12 can use Dex so was this correct? And if not are there downloads app on Samsung apps or Google store to mimic Dex and have seen this other device called Keydock have you heard of it?
