Tropical AM Update from the NHC in Miami, FL (August 19, 2023)

National Hurricane Center Director Michael Brennan provides the forecast update on Hurricane Hilary in the Eastern Pacific. As we begin the most active months of the season, the time to prepare is now. The Atlantic and Pacific hurricane season runs until November 30.
