These videos were made available during the COVID 19 Lockdown for individuals accessing CWPs Adult Mental Health Services. They are designed to be used with Marsha Linehan's DBT Skills Handouts and Worksheets. The videos are for information only. There is no permission for comments.
Anyone needing urgent help should call the CWP Helpline on 0800 145 6485. The phone line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is open to people of all ages – including children and young people.
You should still call 999 or go to A&E if you have an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring physical or mental health assistance.
