Obviously, the minimum means the minimum, if you want a good gaming experience, compare your processor to some of the minimum processors to see if they compare. Go through the full specs list and check off what makes the cut or note what you are missing. The processor is the most important part, but ram is a close second, 8gbs of ram Is the best spot to be for good performance. Obviously, I can't accurately predict how your device will perform as that depends on many things. But if your device is good enough to handle the game I hope you enjoy playing when l it Launches.

Minimum:

Android v7.0 or higher, with Snapdragon 835, MediaTek G71/72 or processor with higher performance.

Recommended:

Android v7.0 or higher, with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, or MediaTek processor with equivalent performance.

For Ram 6GB+ With 6GBs being the bare minimum. I recommend 8GBs. This is almost required for demanding mobile games like wuthering waves.

Unreal is soo much better than Unity when it fomes to CPU headroom
People have a very big misconception that Unreal engine is more demanding but that is not true both Engines i.e Unity 3D and Unreal Engine 4 have most of the samr graphics tools with the ability to use custom pipelines and add scripts using their respective languages


Genshin Was made using a mix of a dual shader pipeline for the environment and the characters in C# and Unity Visual scripting
This is why Genshin is notoriously heavy on the CPU, on the other hand Genshin has Amazing GPU optimisation for what it's worth heck even midrange phones are capable of handling genshin at 720p at highest settings however they're only held back by the CPU

WuWa on the other hand has C++ as it's base, and C++ is massively faster than C# in terms of fetch and execute commands and it's much less taxing on the CPU,
Only time will tell if they decided to go barebones or use Unreal engine blueprint but even that is so much better than Unity's Visual scripting


A good reference to this game would be Honkai star rail which is much more taxing on GPU than on CPU

You can except similar CPU demands from this as this is an open world game and you don't really need to worry too much about GPU
That's why they gave Snapdragon 835 as a point of reference for minimum, for Context Snapdragon 835 is even weaker than a Snapdragon 720G in CPU and less efficient in GPU despite having higher peak performance

So basically if you have anything on the scope of Dimensity 7050
Or Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 you can play this game
Remember CPU bottleneck is a dead end, you can't do anything about it however a GPU bottleneck can be easily solved simply by lowering the graphics

I bought poco x6 pro 2 weeks ago, it have Dimensity 8300 and 20 gb ram, and it's really cheap, so far I love it, can play any game on max graphics even on battery save mode, it overheats in some High demanding games but not so much as Other phones, so I really recommend you guys to give it a try, you'll love it, and it's cheap with High Perfomance, im sure will run Wuthering waves on max graphics without any problem!

If this is much laggier than genshin i can imagine it not getting so much attention main reason lack of f2p who can't try the game because of requirement. One reason why f2p are important f2p will praise the game which lead to free advertisement if there's a small number of them it will be hard for WW to get more players.

I have a snapdragon 8 gen 1 and 16 RAM but I don't know why Honkai star rail in 60 fps make my phone go hot until it kicks me out but Genshin when I was playing it at max settings, it was running so smooth with not much heat generating like star rail I don't know what's the problem
