MOZA AirCross 2 Official Tutorial Part 09—Follow Modes and Functions

MOZA AirCross 2—the improved inception mode 3.0 now features automatic rotation, speed adjustment, and angel control. It is no longer necessary to manually control the joystick during shooting. The FPV mode can achieve full-range 360 degrees synchronous movement. With the sport gear mode，you can capture action sports and fast movement with ease.

0.00-0.15—FPV mode footage
0.16-1.08—Follow modes
1.09-1.20—Sport gear mode
1.21-1.32—FPV mode
1.33-2.02—Inception mode 3.0
2.03-2.23—Operational mode

I was excited to receive my AirCross2 disappointed that it didn't include the phone holder that was advertised to come with it. After several months of emailing back and forth with Gudsen customer service they still have not sent the phone holder but instead tell me to look in the box. It isn't in the box and was never in the box. The items was not sent as promised but Gudsen refuses to take responsibility for the mistake. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will the service be this bad if I ever have a problem with the gimbal itself?

I got moza aircross 2. .
My setap is (a6300+battery grip+sigma 16mm f1.4). All this setap my payload only 1.4kg. .
Why i con't use this setap on my moza aircross 2?.
I get good balance for this setap but when i try on the gimbal. . The gimbal go shake like crazy

The user manual indicates a PFV mode in page 10 while this tutorial talk about FPV mode but there is no indication about PFV anywhere. It is so confuse. Could you please clarify if these 2 modes are the same? And what FPV stand for?

With a heavier camera like the bmpcc4k I find myself accidentally pressing the mode buttons all the time. Once I set it to fpv mode and couldn't find how to exit again.
