what's it mean if I can't get the roll balanced? Doesn't matter what micro adjust I do it goes center on the roll. Doesn't stay "put" like it should. Pitch and Yaw seem balanced and everything is tightened. Please help

Can you just write in one sentence, where should the lens be looking up or down while you balance it, otherwise I don't understand this tutorial, cause you're changing the position of the lens though the video

I have a problem: every time I turn on the gimbal with the camera mounted and balanced, it starts a series of evolutions as if it wanted to perform a reset. It is a few minutes operation with several evolutions and engine tests. After this operation, the gimbal does not keep the camera level, which instead leans slightly to the left. On this occasion, I also tried to change some settings of the follow operation mode, which, despite the gimbal being connected to the app, these operations are rejected. Furthermore, if I try to set the follow mode as a favorite, even if the power LED starts to flash with a double flash, the command does not appear to have been received on the app. I am waiting for your solution, otherwise I will have to return the device. The Moza AirCross stabilizer does not start the engines. The button flashes but nothing happens. The IOS app stopped seeing it too. What do I do with it how do I resuscitate it? @t

I got moza aircross 2. .
My setap is (a6300+battery grip+sigma 16mm f1.4). All this setap my payload only 1.4kg. .
Why i con't use this setap on my moza aircross 2?.
I get good balance for this setap but when i try on the gimbal. . The gimbal go shake like crazy
