My biggest problem in our restaurant is the fact that we are in a college town and the turnaround time is every semester. It is hard to find employees who live in the actual town. Do you have any suggestions in the interview process to try and find out how long they will truly be staying? Without asking "illegal" questions, if that makes sense. TIA😊
