I just had a flashback when she said, "ma'am that's the wrong airline.". Many moons ago when I worked as a cashier. I had an older male Karen come straight to my register rather than the customer service desk. He started going off on me. Letting me know that I never gave him his toilet paper from the day before. He insisted it was definitely me that sold it to him. He insisted that I give him the toilet paper or give him the money. Even though I kept repeatedly respectfully & politely told him he needed to go to customer service. I finally caved and ask for the receipt. I looked at the receipt looked at the older male Karen. I then proceeded to ask him, "sir what store are we in?". I pointed to the name of the store on the wall in front us then pointed to his receipt. He must have been really embarrassed because he turned around and practically ran out of the building. Moral-of-the-story people before you go off on anyone in customer service.... Please make sure that the store name on the receipt matches the store you're going into. 🤷
