I wish I was there in USA to help Gurudev, Vasanthi and other volunteers to organise the event. Namaskar Swamiji. Thank you for another enjoyable Gita lesson. I was so glad that you stressed the importance of not superimposing the human will on Ishvara which is definitely childish, wrong and misleading. I think it is actually very unfortunate if one does that as it takes you deeper in illusion. Another important and brilliant word was sthane - it is as it is - it is right. We can use that quite often in every day life and make our mind more peaceful place. Om Shanti! 🙏

Pranam Swamiji, I do not know if this post will come to your notice, but i am just revisiting this verse with you in anticipation of seeing the film Oppenheimer. He who quoted it after the Trinity explosion.
My question is: Can the 3rd line be interpreted as " Even without you..." instead of "Except for you..." as that would also make sense as to what Sri Krishna is saying, i.e. with or without you they will die.
