my favorite moment is definitely when Sheldon said to his mother “ there is 5 billion people in the world and you are the perfect mom for me!” It’s sad it’s is not on the list! 😢

One of the best moments for me is when George and Mary are arguing over the college letters for sheldon George goes to sleep on the couch and sees sheldon crying at the door Mary wants comfort him but sheldon says “I want dad” that broke me

I also enjoyed the moment when his Dad took Sheldon to CalTech to see the Stephen Hawking lecture and they stand in the cafeteria but going back to the moment when he gives his graduation speech, I really liked that it was similar to the Nobel Prize speech since the infamously self centered Sheldon takes moments people expected long self congratulatory speeches about his superiority into the rare moments when he shows he loves his friends and family.

If you think the time Sheldon dedicated his valedictorian speech to Missy is heartwarming, you should see the look on her face after she defeated Marcus in a baseball game and she and the boy were the last team members to congratulate each other on the game.


I also like a few scenes from "A Proposal and a Popsicle Stick Cross;"
1)Veronica realizing she's staring to fall for Georgie after all.
2)"Girl Time" between Veronica and Missy.
3)George Jr. and Sr. both coming to Veronica's defense when her mom's drunken boyfriend tries to take her home.

"Thankfully... I was wrong"

The ending to Season 2 of Young Sheldon never fails to make me tear up, just the fact Sheldon admits to being happy he was wrong, shows just how much Leonard, Penny, Raj, Howard, Bernadette & Amy truly mean to him.

There are so many moments I love in Young Sheldon. I love the moment when all the other Big Bang Theory characters were shown as kids and when Sheldon's mom notices that Missy feels like like no one takes notice of her that her parents only worry about Sheldon during the twin experiment.

YS did a good job in depicting how most siblings are. They argue and fight a lot but still in the end, they can't live without eachother.

My favorite young Sheldon moment was when Sheldon was trying to make Paige mad when he said “get me a beer women” when they were both like 10 😂

My favorite YS moment was when Meemaw swatted him on his bottom for calling her selfish, and then the lady who sat next to him on the bus told him he was the only selfish one in the whole story.

The part where in an episode of Young Sheldon Sheldon’s voiceover reveals the name of Sheldon and Amy’s child, Leonard. 😭😭And, the fact that Mayim Bialik returned as Amy’s voiceover for that scene😭😭😭.

Two moments not mentioned that stuck in my mind are 1- when Sheldon is doing the taxes & his dad asks him to keep a secret from his mom regarding the $200 check. After Sheldon spends the night at Tams house in his quest to avoid his mother, he ends up telling his father that he used to look up to him but now he can no longer do so. It’s said in that somewhat robotic tone of voice, but that felt like such a punch in the gut. No parent wants to hear something like that from their kids, & certainly not at such a young age. That was so very much more devastating than the actual secret being kept by Georgie, Mee-Maw & George.
The second moment is somewhat fleeting, but it comes up in the episode when George has his first heart problem in the show & Georgie steals Mee-Maws car to get to the hospital so that they can possibly see their dad. Sheldon gets up to either get something from a machine or use the restroom (I’ve forgotten) but on his way the door to his dads room is opened up and he gets a glimpse into a problematic moment during George’s heart treatment. Sheldon appears stuck to the floor of the hallway, & for a moment he’s not the “wunderkind” Sheldon but instead a young child watching a sick parent in the hospital. That is remarkably frightening. I’m lucky enough to not have gone thru that - but I recall how scary I found visiting sick grandparents to be. It must be like a million times more frightening than that. And I now know from personal experience how scary it is to deal w a sick parent in the hospital as an adult and I found that nauseatingly frightening. So I can only imagine what was going thru Young Sheldon’s mind as he saw his generally hefty, strong dad lying helpless in that hospital bed.
This is not to say I disagree w the choices made in the top 10 list. I’m just noting two other moments that have stuck out to me. 🥰🥰🥰

Weirdly enough, I’m not a huge tbbt fan, but I love this show a ton! I’ve watched episodes multiple times already and laugh over and over.
