D3: 2.4 Season 5 How to Power Level or Solo Level FAST

For the new season that recently started i decided to make a guide on how to level up quickly. Now, the most fast way is to be power leveled by a lvl 70 in a lvl 70 torment 6 normal rift. But this can take several rifts, unless u get certain items to help you reduce the time it takes to level up. Things like hellfire ring, Leorics signet (reduced to level 1), Cains set, Borns set..etc.

I also solo leveled my barb from 1-70 in around an hour with the items above. Its pretty fun too!
