Almost half of Kyiv residents in the dark after new wave of Russian attacks | DW News

Russia has launched a new wave of attack across Ukraine. Defense forces shot down most of the estimated 100 incoming rockets and drones, but some still reached their targets. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that 40% of the city's residents were left without power following the strikes.

Weren’t they supposed to run out of missiles? Back in march? I also thought the Russian army was supposed to run out of food as well?? Crazy.. I mean Ukraine shoots down all these missiles and drones, but the electric grid is still down.. wild..

Russia is being very kind in this war. If it were America, by now hundreds of thousands of civilians would have been in their graves hit by Shock and Awe.

Never mind, just for a moment, Kyiv resident in the dark but they still survive. Poland had ever occupied by Germany on WWII but Poland still survive until now. India had ever occupied by UK, but they still survive until now, Indonesia had ever occupied by Netherland and Japan but Indonesia still survive until now. So the occupiation of military aggression is no benefit at all

I am rather surprised that there is still a Ukranian ambassador in Belarus after Russian army has been using Belarusian sterritory for attacks on Ukraine.

For people who are healthy and strong, they can claim they can survive the stone ages. However, people who are sick, old and weak can not survive this type of environment.
