I remember shooting pucks into my old net in the garage when I was a kid. I always announced myself making certain moves as if I was Jamomir Jagr. (In a Pat Foley voice) I am now in my late 20s and to watch this guy still play is just amazing. I love Jagr.

He's from Kladno, Czech Republic. I live like 3 kilometers away from house where he was raised. He's truly a legend. One of interesting facts is how many great ice hockey players came from Kladno, city with 70 000 inhabitants. You can look up how many players from there are/were playing in NHL it's insane.

Rangers fan here, Got to this video by watching his 05/06 highlights, Still the greatest season by any ranger to date. I’ll always have respect for Jarmoir Jagr one of my favorite players ever.

so much respect for this guy. in his head, he's still a young nhler with all the passion in his eyes. i'm thinking a lot of players should have this guy as a model and improve their game. hope theres still more years to see him play

Not a huge hockey fan, but definitely a fan of this guys work ethic and unconditional love of the sport. Most highly payed professional athletes can learn a thing or two from him.
