If you are setting everything up and expecting the cleaners to do things on your terms, then they are employees and not independent contractors. Good luck with this business strategy if/when you get audited!

I had this business too.
NGL it ain’t that easy, once the cleaning person see she can make more on her own, she will definetly try to snatch a client.

It’s literally part of being employee on this type of jobs, if they see an opportunity they’ll take it.

They literally just need 2 clientes per week to make more than what you can pay them.

So, it’s cheaper they’ll hire them, you lost client.

I worked for a house cleaning place for 4 dollars a hour for a summer . That was more than minimum wage. I was at a new house in Albany New York. The young lady said I like your work. I will pay you 17 dollars an hour . I said thanks but I am loyal to my boss.
