endorsoment key word bill ko discounted kratwy time use hota h
And bill of exchange comes under the act of negotiation which is govern by the govt authority
And in case of factoring there is no such act
It is the main diffrence blw both of the terms
And also in case of bill of exchange the arrangement of finance is from bank
And factoring basiclly use when we arrange finance by using third party
