So good. I will be getting this book. I'm approaching 50 next year. I got divorced 11 years ago and life didn't go as I thought. It's been tough I've been working hard to get my career off the ground late in life, single parent etc., then bam, I realized time is getting on and I so want to live the life I want but when I thought about it I didn't know what I wanted! How can I set goals and manifest what I want from life if I don't know what I want my life to look like! This post is such a good starting point and it really pointed out how I want my day to day to look like. After Covid and WFH I struggled going back to commuting and got me thinking about my career, I enjoyed waking up at leisure and taking some time for myself in the morning, saving time and money in my day not traveling and having my lunch hour out walking! I decided I wanted this on a day to day basis and so I am going to start by designing what my day will look like. Thank you so much Alexander this is such powerful help to everyone of all ages, it's particularly hard if you are older and you can feel like giving up, so if you are young, please do not stress! You have time and time again, once you learn these skills you can apply them through your life. I wish I had learnt them long ago. 🙏🙏👆I look forward to readying the book.

Hi! I am a student from India. I recently came across your channel and developed a liking for it. Because of the way in which you create your videos and explain the context, it feels as if I am having a genuine conversation with my elder brother who is trying to help me.

I am soon to be 26 in December and very scared of my future. I am preparing for my finals of competitive exam here which is equivalent to a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in USA. Lately I've started to question this choice of my life. I have stopped feeling any interest for this course and seriously considering dropping out of it, at least for the time being until I figure out what I really want. More frightening than dropping out is the realization that I'm soon going to be 26 and feel lost in life. I consider myself a positive and kind person at the core however on the exterior I have become exactly opposite. I'm more bitter to everyone around, hardly have any friends, lives on a routine while on and off battling with untreated depression and social anxiety from some years now. I never thought I'd end up where I did at 25 today and I definitely do not wish to become who I think I might, at 30. As a person, I feel I have a lot of potential and creativity but with every passing day my willingness to act upon any one of those seems to reduce particularly because one, I don't really know what that passion is for me where I could just enjoyably lose myself and work endlessly. Money isn't as important than to find my purpose and with the age I carry, I feel like life is running out on me and I might lag behind forever.

My top searches on google and YouTube usually nowadays is about "How to turn my life around and take more action?" I would be thankful if you could please share some insight.

Omg, I always say "life is long if you do it right" 😆 I hate when people say "life is short". And when I look at my paystub, I'm always reminded that I'm basically selling my life away to a company. 💔

I needed this. I struggle with the Netflix binging. I work full time and go to school and sometimes watching Netflix makes me feel like I actually have a life outside of my responsibilities. However, I have so many goals that Netflix is NOT going to help me accomplish. 3 hours a day to become who I desire to be with a life I desire to live. I can do it! Thank you.

Great content, keep it up. Also I liked this video and video about goals helps me everyday to be more efficient and most importantly i started taking charge of my life. I am currently 16 and preparing for JEE advanced as well as SAT but I used to drain a lot of time worrying which cost me significantly, but I have an affirmative feeling that I can turn all these things around. Fun fact is my journal actually became one of my best friends i could have in my life. I aspire to be the one who inspires people by working and doing crazy stuff of innovation( like Elon) in future.

Long story short I love your videos and they give the direction of "I want to do something great", keep it up and keep growing

Cheers 🥂

My perfect day is eating junk food in bed and watching movies and then going for a walk and repeat.

Can't do that without money

I am here. After shit. It was my own fault. Now I need to rebuild. Foundations first, then to house back prosperity.
