Thanks for this. I didn't like all the other methods of repair I've seen like screwing a screw into the black epoxy above where the wire goes in. But this seems like the most permanent fix. So there is definitely a pin inside to solder to?

Man, I hope that’s not my issue ! I pull the pro switch up and nothing at all.
Wires are all in good shape. Better check this I guess. Sucks

Is the clutch reverse thread i cant get mine off

Have worked on johndeeres my whole life never seen that common failure point

Mower runs fine but the pto wont engage. Makes a little click or soft noise but won’t do anything. I wonder if this is the issue

My z525e almost stals when i put the pto in even at full throttle, could this be the culprate?
