Since there's no recipe for this in the description or comments, I'll try making this for dinner and posting my favorite version of the recipe. Update when I get back.

This isn't the recipe he used, but it is what i could make on my first try with no instructions. Please add recipes to your decriptions.

Require Ingredients:
5 Eye of Round Thin Steak
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flower
2 Extra Large Eggs
1 Bag of Barbecue Potato Chips
A thin coat of canola oil or enough to submurge the steak
3 cups water
1 1/2 cup jasmin rice
1 cup soy sause
1/2 tbs worcestershire sause
1/2 tbs crushed red pepper
1/4 tbs grated ginger
1/4 cub brown shuger
1/2 tbs tomato paste
1 Green onion

-Poke a lot of holes into the steak with a fork.
-Cover with flower.
-In a medium sized bowl, wisk eggs to then dip the steak into.
-In a medium sized pan, crush chips with plastic wrap on top so chip parts don't fly everywhere. (Tip: Don't let an unskilled sibling help you, or at least make sure they completely understand what they need to do.) Make sure chips are evenly ground into very small peices.
-Coat steak with crushed chips.

-Bring water to a boil and cook rice. (Theres a million diffrent recipes, I don't need to tell you how to cook rice.)

-Heat oil to 350 and place steak in. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. (Add time or heat as wanted/needed.)

-In medium sized bowl, add soy sause, worshtishire sause, crushed red pepper, grated ginger, brown shuger, and tomato paste. Whisk together well.

-Cut the steak into slices before placing onto rice.
-Place cooked rice into a bowl, and place sliced steak on top.
Add how much sause you want.
-Sprinkle chopped green onions over it.

I don't know how he kept the golden orange color on the steak, but I'll keep trying till I get it. It's really oily and if you dont have rice or something to dull it down, it'll probably upset your stomach. It looks really nice and it tastes really good, but I'd say hold off on making it unless you're willing to experiment.
