*Recipe:* *_ (Tuscan Chicken) Spicy Cajun Chicken Cream Sauce over Rice_*

*Ingredients*

- Chicken Leg/Thigh (or other parts that are dark meat in the chicken - or stick to chicken breast)
- Spinach
- Parmesan Reggiano
- Heavy Cream
- Chicken Broth
- Garlic
- Cajun Seasoning
- Paprika
- Italian Seasoning
- Red Chili Flakes
- Minced Parsley
- Rice/Pasta
- Olive Oil

*Side Note:* You can use Pasta if the rice offends you. :)

*Cooking Instructions*

*Chicken:*

In a bowl, season the chicken with 1 tsp (or as much as you desire) of *Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, and Red Chili Flakes.* You can use 1-2 tsp of *Cajun seasoning* on the chicken. Drizzle 2-3 TBS of olive oil and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (covered).

Preheat pan on medium high heat and cover with olive oil. Let the chicken *cook both sides for 8-10 minutes per side or until light brown.* Set aside for now.

*Cream Sauce:*

Heat pan with oil and add 1-2 tsp of *Cajun seasoning, Paprika, Parsley, and Italian seasoning* or as much seasoning you desire. Also add minced garlic to it before adding liquid ingredients.

Add *2 cups of Heavy Cream, 1½-2 cups of Chicken Broth, * and *200-300 grams of Parmesan Reggiano, 1 cup of spinach, * then blend everything for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat. Add your chicken back in and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Add into your rice or bed of pasta, final parsley garnish, because Zach Choi loves you. Enjoy! 🖤❤
