The NPC thing could be either because the NPC at tilted has a gold scar, or maybe because Epic want you to actually use the NPCs properly. For example, they would expect you to hire John Llama rather than resetting his snapshot (if I'm correct about how they work) in the loop.

Day 6 of asking Sypher to make a video if epic should remove the bots so we feel better doing real kills like back then in chapter 1 and not always killing AIs

The rocket launcher is also back in team rumble, just thought i should mention.
edit: it might have been a glitch, but i remember people having rocket launchers there. I'll have to figure out if it's been patched or not.

I used the grenade launcher hit it up against the window and it destroyed the person on the other side! I love the new launcher! I literally got a win on 1 hp! Not 7 not 5 just 1 and the grenade launcher also helped!

Second to spiderman gloves, I really dont like the grenade launcher. Sure it is cool if I have it. But in my sweatly lobbies I need to keep a safety distance of 50 meters when I hear one.
