Barron does not recommend liquid nails, the instructions read Loctite, PL PREMIUM 3X ADHESIVE, i would not use both adhesive and flipping deck screws, , THAT'S REDUNDANT. ONE OR THE OTHER, is just fine, imagine wanting to change the color of texture, down the road. OMG. . LOL
