I think it's the opposite, "lasts until the next attack" means that FUA and even ultimates WILL consume the stacks (but the effect re-procs, so all good).

The text that doesn't take fua and ultimates into account would have been "Lasts 1 turn", which is written for the SPD buff later.

TLDR; if youre F2P or dont have alot of Sig Lightcones, this cone is great for its easy to obtain Massive Attack Boost, and good speed buff.

Is it worth getting? Its a silly question, ofc it is. It's a free 5* erud lc through which you can s5 which is generally good for most erud units. But if we're talking about priority when you're new, i'd say its one of the top picks along side Cruising and Fall of an aoen. Just really depends on best units in slot you have..

It sound good on paper but it will only work for PF fortunately. Especially if you have Argenti but not his LC it soo good for him

I think the wording is confusing, but I THINK it tells us that multi hitting fuas like Herta's will be good. Because the first twirl gets her up to 5 stacks and the remaining twirls now have +24% ATK.

I think its a marginally improvement from Himeko LC, honestly kinda disappointed as I already have it at S1.
Would be better if they put some BE in there then it would be open for testing with HMC SB.

It gives 8% attack per unit hit (which is avarages to 24%), and sometime 16% speed. It's an ok generalistic LC
