How to find work on a yacht even if you have no experience?

Join me in this video as I share a step-by-step process that you would need to do if you want to work on a yacht.

Whether you want to become a yacht stewardess or a deckhand or a yacht chef, the steps right in the beginning are all the same in order for you to get a job on a yacht.

Yachting is a wonderful industry to work in but it takes a lot of work in the beginning. But like anything in life...if you put in the work, you will get the results!

In this video I talk about crafting your CV. I have created a handy cv template that you can use to create your own yacht CV. Please note, this is a live Google doc. You cannot edit it.
You have to first go to FILE - MAKE A COPY, or you can just download it as a Word document (FILE - DOWNLOAD AS).

Unfortunately a lot of yacht management companies will fly people from other countries due to cheap labor. Certain countries are notorious for this. On a large 90 or more meters yacht with 30-40 crew you can save a lot of money by hiring the cheapest foreign labor possible. This is another strategy with registering the yacht in certain countries that have no labor laws where you can get cheaper contracted labor as well.
