Hi Ginny,

If you’re able to answer this question. I would appreciate it. Or anyone else that received the same EDD msg. Was on UI the PEUC. All benefits exhausted (at 0 balance) and/or ended 9/4. But my certify button says, “ You do not have week(s) available to certify. Check back after 09/12/2021 for your next available week(s).” That was not there yesterday. Does this mean anything or nothing…? 🤔 Thank you.

Ginny, thank you for all you do! This is amazingly helpful! Question, did Governor Newsom ever respond to you, the petition or anything?
I was one of the people who was suspended on New Years Day for potential fraud and I reached out to Newsom, Pelosi and Weiner and Newsom never responded. I consistently have seen that bay area news stations have reached out to Newsom for comments on issues with the EDD since the beginning of the pandemic and he hasn't responded to them either. This truly is my "line in the sand" on my vote next week on recalling.

My husband has been out of his 100k job for over a year now with no prospects or interviews to work for distributing or manufacturing companies he use to work for despite having 30+ years in experience and very honest and good reputation. Remote jobs are great. It’s better than doing Uber where you’re close to people. There are more variants that seem to pop up and can evade vaccines. So why not do remote work? Safer that’s for sure! Won’t get infected with Covid! I will look at all of these options.
