I decided to pull the plug and add a in ground myself, on some property i bought I the country few years back! I flip houses and in the business you meet allot of guys and get connections, so I feel I did the right thing! We have a lake house also, but it's a whole nother feeling just walking out of your bedroom too the pool! One end of the pool, which is shallower, is mainly for my service dog being we don't have a kids

In the space between the paths you should do a little aquascape turtle pond! You could still have the palm trees and all of the landscaping just add a small 1 foot fence around it.
