Americano Latte Art (Zero milk required!)

Latte art is fun, but sometimes you simply aren't in the mood for a latte, or other milk based drink, and you still want to practise! In this tutorial, I'll be showing you how to easily do latte art (or Americano art) with your daily Americano. Absolutely zero milk is required for this technique, just your usual espresso shot, and espresso machine. Be sure to share your Americano latte art with me on Instagram if you're successful!

That's how I've been enjoying my late night decafs :) Minus the art part - just froth the whole thing. The foamy texture is actually quite enjoyable!

Looks so hard and I'm already having trouble with cow's milk, but that's a great idea for practice! Definitely gonna try!

Gave it a try, and much light stretching milk, my first attempt resulted in froth with large bubbles, but the biggest surprise was that it was not very hot, and tasted sour. Might have another go at it though, and be sure to stretch it a lot longer.
